Satanic Temple Wants Followers to Force Christian Bakers to Make a Cake to ‘Honor Satan’

Temple, out of its dissatisfaction with Christian-owned bakeries that decline to make cakes celebrating same-sex “weddings,” is now asking its followers to force bakers to make a cake for Satan.

The group says that it came up with the idea in light of the Masterpiece Cakeshop case soon to be considered by the U.S. Supreme Court.

“[B]ecause sexual orientation is not a protected class under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (whereas race and religion are), there is a good chance that the right to discriminate against gay couples will be affirmed as a constitutional liberty,” it wrote.  Out of the Satanic Temple’s fears that the court will likely rule in favor of the cakeshop, it has asked that those “who feel alienated or oppressed by the privileged status that religion holds over sexual orientation” contact religious bakers and order a cake to “honor Satan.”  

It asserts that the bakeries will not be able to say no since religion is considered a federally-protected class.

“Because religion is a protected class, a baker may refuse service to LGBTQ people, but they may not refuse service based upon someone’s religion. If they aren’t willing to make a cake for same-sex unions, let’s have them make a cake to honor Satan instead,” spokesperson Doug Messner, who goes by the name Lucien Greaves, said in a statement on Thursday.

However, as previously reported, while the Satanic Temple contends that it is a religious group, it also notes on its website that it is “non-theistic” and does not believe in Satan or the supernatural at all, but only views the devil as a metaphor and a “symbol of the eternal rebel.”

“[W]e do not promote a belief in a personal Satan,” its FAQ section explains. “To embrace the name Satan is to embrace rational inquiry removed from supernaturalism and archaic tradition-based superstitions.”

Some, therefore, consider the group as essentially an atheist effort to make a point about religion.

The Satanic Temple acknowledged to the Daily Caller this week that it is particularly upset that Christian bakers have declined to create baked goods for same-sex ceremonies because many members of the devilish group identify as homosexual.

“A lot of our membership is also homosexual as well, and I feel like there’s obvious reasons for that,” Messner said. “You know, we’re very into that kind of thing. There’s no issue of tolerance with us. And a lot of people who have grown up gay feel very alienated from traditional religion. So we have a very high population of LGBTQ community also as membership of the Satanic Temple.”

As previously reported, in 2015, during the unveiling of its Baphomet statue in Detroit, attendees shouted “Hail Satan” as two shirtless men pulled off the cloth that covered the figure and then embraced and kissed each other in front of the statue.

The group wrote in Thursday’s press release that if the U.S. Supreme Court rules in favor of religious bakeries, the Satanic Temple will host a party for Satan in “honor” of every unsuccessful attempt to order a same-sex “wedding” cake from a Christian baker.

“If you can’t get a cake for your same-sex union, we’ll host a party in your honor at The Satanic Temple headquarters in Salem and order a cake that praises Satan from your offending discriminatory ‘religious liberty’ enthusiast,” Greaves said.  

According to the Scriptures, one of the signs of the last days is that mockers and scoffers will arise, living in accordance with their own fleshly lusts.

“But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ: How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts,” verse 17 reads. “These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.”

The Matthew Henry Commentary on this passage describes such persons as “sensual men separate from Christ and His Church, [who] join themselves to the devil, the world and the flesh by ungodly and sinful practices.”

“We must watch over one another faithfully, yet prudently reprove each other, and set a good example to all about us. This must be done with compassion, making a difference between the weak and the willful. Some we must treat with tenderness. Others save with fear; urging the terrors of the Lord,” he continues. “All endeavors must be joined with decided abhorrence of crimes, and care [must] be taken to avoid whatever led to, or was connected with fellowship with them—in works of darkness—keeping far from what is or appears to be evil.”

Is there a shred of evidence that human sacrifice continues in America? Indeed there is, from sea to shining sea. *July 1970 – Steven Hurd and four other California Satanists are charged with two murders involving ritual dismemberment and cannibalism. Hurd is declared insane and remains in a state hospital “his accomplices are duly convicted and sentenced.” *July 1970 – Satanist Stanley Baker is convicted in the cannibal- slaying of a Montana resident. He confesses other crimes, committed as a member of the “Four P” cult – a spinoff from the Process Church of Final Judgment – and bloody fingerprints link Baker to another homicide in San Francisco, but California courts bar prosecution on a claim that he has been denied a “speedy trial.” Paroled in 1985, he is at large today. *December 1979 – The mutilated bloodless corpses of Carol Marron and Howard Green are found by police, outside West Paterson, New Jersey. Both victims are known to be involved with the occult, and while the crimes remain unsolved, authorities say of the case, “It was definately a satanic murder. And it wasn’t a one-man job” *April 1981 – Self-styled Satanist Kimberly Goytia, age 13, is convicted of manslaughter for the shooting death of her sister in Sacramento, California. She informs police that Satan orderd her to fire the fatal shot (Newton, 1993a). *October 1981 – Robin Gecht and three fellow Satanists are arrested following a series of cannibal murders in Chicago. Gecht escapes prosecution for murder, but is sentenced to 120 years in prison for mutilating a prostitute who survived the attack. His accomplices are convicted of multiple murders, with two sentences to death and one to life imprisonment. *July 1984-Teenage Satanists Richard Kasso and James Troiano are arrested for the ritual slaying of a fellow “stoner.” Kasso hangs himself in jail; Troiano is acquitted in 1985, after a key prosecution witness admits using drugs on the night of the crime (Newton, 1993a). *January 1986 – Satanic “priest” Harold Smith and four disciples are jailed following a series of murders in Houston, Texas. All are convicted and sentenced for the ritual torture-slaying of a young man at a local cemetery. *February 1986- Dana Jones admitted member of a “sex magic” cult founded by Aleister Crowley in 1907, is arrested for the ritual mutilation-slaying of a man in Denver, Colorado. Acquitted on grounds of insanity and confined to a state hospital, she escapes in June 1988, with aid from a nurse on the staff, and flees to New Mexico, where she commits suicide. *March 1987 – Tim Erickson and two other Minnesota teenagers, admitted members of a “vampire cult” inspired by the movie The Lost Boys, murder a 30-yr old drifter and drink his blood. Erickson is sentenced to life in prison. *September 1987- Ohio Satanist John Fryman is convicted in the dismemberment slaying of 21-year old Monica Lemen, whose severed legs are found outside a rural Indiana church. Discovery of a black- painted ritual chamber in Fryman’s mobile home, including a gravestone employed as an alter, prompts the defendant to admit, “I’m involved with the occult. I think everybody knows that. You don’t have a room like that in your trailer if you’re not.” *December 1987 – Three teenage Satanists in Carl Junction, Missouri, bored with sacrificing cats and dogs, beat classmate Steven Newberry to death with baseball bats while chanting, “Sacrifice to Satan! Sacrifice to Satan!” *May 1988 – Satanists Clifford St. Joseph is convicted in the 1985 murder of an unidentified man, whose mutilations include an inverted pentagram carved in his chest. Despite the victim’s injuries, confiscation of ritual paraphernalia, and testimony from another participant in St. Joseph’s rituals, Ken Lanning describes the case as a “sadistic” murder with no occult overtones. *May 1988 – Teen Satanist Terry Belcher is convicted for the ritual murder of Theresa Simmons, in Duglasville, Georgia. A month later, co-defendant Robert McIntyre is likewise convicted, and both are sentenced to life. (A female accomplice is jailed for three years.) On the witness stand, Belcher describes animal sacrifices for the court: “We ate their eyeballs and innards and drank their blood. We toasted the devil by drinking the blood.” *June 1988 – Satanists Jason Rose and John Jones are indicted for murdering 19-year-old Melissa Ann Meyer “while deliberately effecting a human sacrifice.” A videotape of the murder in progress earns Rose a death sentence in May 1989, while Jones is sentenced to life a month later. *October 1988 – Joseph Bradsberry, age 22, is sacrificed by California Satanists as part of an initiation ritual. A 15-year-old cultists confesses his role in the murder, leading to the arrest of several adults who deny responsibility on grounds that they were “stoned” when the murder occurred. *March 1989-Alleged Satanist Tony Hall is convicted and sentenced to death for the 1987 murder of victim Ngoc Van Dang near Orlando, Florida. Accomplice Danny Bowen is convicted in May and sentenced to life. Two male participants in the crime, including outspoken Satanist Bunny Dixon, plead guilty on reduced charges and are sentenced to prison (Newton, 1993a). *September 1990 – Daniel Rakowitz, self-styled leader of the “Church of 966” (his own peculiar variant of “666”) is convicted and sentenced to life in New York City of the murder of Monika Beerle. Cult member Randy Eastherday is arrested in 1992, charged with helping Rakowitz dissect and boil Beerle’s corpse, after which Rakowitz carried her skull and bones around in a bucket. (Cawthorne, 1995; Ryder, 1994) *July 1991 – Michigan Satanist Jaime Rodriguez is convicted and sentenced to life for beheading a teenage runaway and severing one of her fingers, to wear as a charm around his neck. Accomplice Augustin Pena, who kept the victim’s head in his refrigerator, is also charged in the case. *July 1992 – Two Satanists are sentenced to die for the 1990 decapitation murders of four cult defectors in Salida, California. Two more defendants are convicted and sentenced to life in January 1993. (Modesto Bee, 1990-93) *February 1994 – Jessie Misskelly, Jr. is convicted and sentenced to life plus forty years in prison for the mutilation-murders of three eight-year old boys at West Memphis, Arkansas, the previous year. A month later, accomplices Damien Echols and Charles Baldwin are likewise convicted, with Echols sentenced to death and Baldwin sentenced to life without parole. Echols is an admitted practitioner of black magic, and prosecutors describe the triple murder as a ritual slaying.(USA Today, March 21, 1994) *April 1994 – Self-described Satanist Carey Grayson, 19, and three younger defendants are charged with the murder of a female hitchhiker in Birmingham, Alabama. Police say the victim was mutilated “in an apparent ritual that involved cannabilism” (USA Today, April 28, 1994) *May 1996 – Three teenage Satanists in San Louis Obispo, California, are charged with raping, torturing and murdering 15 year old Elyse Pahler. Cult Member Arrested during Church Service in Ikorodu, Nigeria

A suspected member of the notorious cult group, Badoo, Ahmed Adeleke, was arrested by members of a white garment church located at Irapade community, Agbowa, the outskirts of Ikorodu after failed attempt to murder a member of the church.

The suspect who disguised as a worshipper, attended the church’s vigil. At the end of the event, church members heard a female member shouting for help after the alleged cultist attacked her, Vanguard reports.

When curious members of the church rushed to the scene, the suspect had smashed the victim’s head. She reportedly pointed to the direction where the suspect took.

Some church members went in the direction and reportedly found the suspect changing his clothes. He was said to have denied the allegation.

But on further observation, the white garment which he pulled off was discovered to be blood stained.  In his narration, the suspect denied being a Badoo member.

“I was a Muslim, but later converted to Christianity. I live at 9, Ojokoro Street, Agric. I was invited to worship there that night by a senior colleague, Kehinde, at the tailoring shop where I work,” he said.

While parading the suspect at the Police Officers Mess, Ikeja, the Lagos State Command boss, Fatai Owoseni said: “Policemen from Ipakodo Division rushed to the church.

“Although the suspect denied the accusation, when the area was searched, three handkerchiefs (white, blue and red) were recovered from him. Also, a grinding stone, which he used to hit his victim on the head, was also found.”

• Things that many American’s don’t know about the “Badoo” cult in Lagos, Nigeria. People living in Ikorodu, Lagos State have been under a cloud of fear since the Badoo cult members began their ritual killings. According to the International Center for Investigative Reporting (ICR) a criminal described by residents as a “serial ritual killer” was apprehended in Ikorodu on June 12, 2016 and his name was given as “Badoo”. According to the residents of Ikorodu, after every attack, he would write, “I am Badoo” and paste on the door of his victims. He continued in a seemingly invincible manner until he was caught after he molested and killed a 27 year old woman and her 9 month old child. Following the arrest a group of other people rose up and continued the killings- they came to be known as “Badoo.” The cult group carries a stone to use for their ritual killings and have also used clubs, household grinding stones, and mortars with pestles. According to a retired Deputy Inspector General of Police and chairman of the Lagos State Neighborhood Corp. “After they are done, they clean the blood with white clothes and they escape. This is bizarre and it is fetish and a ritual”.  Churches are easy targets for this cult group and has recently killed three people at a “Cherubim and Seraphim” church in Nigeria.

Christ’s criticism of the Pharisees as recorded in “Mathew 23” does not imply that all Pharisees were pretenders. As a matter of fact, Christianity and Phariseeism have many things in common. To begin with, the word Pharisees stands for “separated ones,” Christians also claim to be the “called-out ones”.  Just as the Christians have different denominations; the Pharisees were also of diverse groups during Christ’s time. The Jewish Talmud- Ṣota 22b shows that there were seven different categories of the Pharisees and they all had different characters, surprisingly Christians have the same characteristics of the seven groups of the Pharisees.

A Christian couple is suing a Church of England elementary school and said there is an “agenda” overriding their religious beliefs after their six-year-old son’s classmate was allowed to wear a dress to school.

Blind Black Woman Outraged After She Is Ordered To Sit In The Back Of Church

A Georgia woman thought she found the perfect church. It was located in her neighborhood and would accommodate her service dog, Hook. Cynthia Coleman, 58, is legally blind, with no vision in right eye and only peripheral vision in the left.

However, Coleman was told to take Hook and sit in the back pew after they sat down in the front of the church during her first visit, WXIA-TV reports.

“Sitting down for about five or 10 minutes and about four or five deacons approached me in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. Somewhat aggressive,” she told the outlet.

To no avail, Coleman explained that she could not see the pastor from the rear. But the deacons insisted that Coleman and Hook sit in the back over concerns that the dog would become agitated during the service.

“I was about in tears because we don’t choose to be blind, and we don’t choose to be disabled. I almost felt like the leper in the church,” she told WXIA-TV. “In a public place, especially in a church, we should be welcomed with open arms.”

Coleman believes the church acted inappropriately. She said the deacons could have admitted unfamiliarity with how to manage a service dog and asked her to explain “how this works.”

“It was discrimination. It was discrimination. I had never in my life been discriminated against. Never,” she stated to the station. “And to be discriminated against for the first time, as a disabled person in a church is disgusting.”

The church declined to comment.

Singapore bans two foreign Christian preachers over ‘Islamophobic’ remarks

Singapore has banned two foreign Christian preachers from speaking in the country on Friday due to their “denigrating and inflammatory” towards Islam and other religions.

According to a report from Straits Times, Singapore’s Manpower Ministry, in consultation with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), rejected the application of the two preachers for short-term work passes that required them to preach in the country.

“Just as I have banned Muslim scholars or preachers from coming into Singapore, the most recent banning has been as regards to Christian preachers. They were very Islamophobic in their statements outside of Singapore and we decided that we will ban them,” said Home Affairs and Law Minister K. Shanmugam at a forum on Friday.

A statement from the MHA noted that one of the preachers had described Allah as a “false god” and referred to Buddhist by a Hebrew word that meant “lost, lifeless, confused and spiritually barren” people.

The other preacher had reportedly spoken against the “evils of Islam” and the “malevolent nature of Islam and Mohammed,” while contending that it is “not a religion of peace.” He also maintained that it is “an incredibly confused religion”, interested in “world domination” and “a religion based on… adhering to uncompromising and cruel laws often focused on warfare and virtual slavery.”

“Such teachings are unacceptable in Singapore’s multiracial, multi-religious society, and the Government will not allow religious preachers of any faith to run down other religions or spread ill-will among the religions,” the MHA stated.

The two preachers had applied for Miscellaneous Work Passes (MWP), which are required for foreigners on work assignments shorter than 60 days. Any foreigner who wishes to deliver a talk related to religion, race or politics is required to obtain an MWP, the MHA stated, adding that that the granting of the work permit was a privilege that is accorded to foreigners, not an entitlement.

It also noted that the Ministry of Manpower consults with relevant agencies in assessing MWP applications and that each application is considered on its own merits.

During the Institute of Policy Studies forum on Friday, Shanmugam announced that the government is looking to strengthen the country’s Maintenance of the Religious Harmony Act (MRHA), part of which was a legal framework that enacted strict laws on hate speech.

Shanmugam said that the MRHA, which is aimed specifically at clerics, would be strengthened in the context of past incidents in the region, adding that he is prepared to defend the legislation at “any forum anywhere in the world.”

The MHA disclosed that it was reviewing the need to enhance the Singapore’s legislative provisions to safeguard racial and religious harmony in the country, and it would provide details about the review upon completion.

As Australia Considers Legalizing Gay Marriage, Psychologists are Encouraging Children to Support It !

Australian psychologists have released a guide encouraging parents and teachers to support teaching students about gender identity and gay marriage.

The Christian Post reports that the guide comes at a time when Australia is considering legalizing same-sex marriage with a postal survey next month which will gauge support one way or the other.

The Australian Psychological Society is urging support for same-sex marriage and gender transition, even among society’s youngest members.

The guide claims that, contrary to some beliefs, children are not harmed by being in same-sex families or being taught about LGBT issues.

“Another misconception is that some people worry that children will be harmed in same-sex families, and believe that children do better when they have both a mother and father. This is not true, but also irrelevant to the marriage equality debate. What’s important is to have a family that loves and cares for you (regardless of their gender or sexual orientation),” says the guide.

The guide further encourages parents and teachers to tell children “that it’s okay to question one’s sexual orientation (i.e., who you are attracted to) or one’s gender identity, and that there are many different ways for people to ‘be’ in the world.”

Many parents, however, are concerned. They have warned that if same-sex marriage becomes the law in Australia, it could lead to school programs in support of the LGBT agenda becoming compulsory.

Nigerian student scams U.S. companies into sending him millions

When employees get an email from their CEO asking them to do something, chances are they will do it — fairly quickly and with no questions asked.

Amechi Colvis Amuegbunam counted on it. And he was right.

Employees wired company money to where Amuegbunam told them — most often foreign banks. He pulled it off by cleverly creating email accounts that made it appear as if he were a company executive, authorities said.

A federal judge sentenced him last week to 46 months in federal prison for duping more than 10 victims out of about $3.7 million.

He had faced up to 30 years in prison if convicted by a jury. Amuegbunam’s lawyer said in court documents that his client had no prior criminal record and was not a danger to society.

U.S. District Judge Ed Kinkeade also ordered Amuegbunam to pay $615,555 in restitution for his use of the latest cyberattack known as a “business email compromise” scheme. It’s become the crime of choice for some organized crime groups from Africa, Eastern Europe and the Middle East, the FBI says.

Amuegbunam, 30, of Nigeria, was living in the U.S. on a student visa at the time, court records show.

He sent emails that looked like forwarded messages from top company executives to employees who had the authority to wire money. Amuegbunam tricked the employees into wiring him money by transposing a couple of letters in the actual company email, authorities said.

Ezekiel “Zeke” Tyson, his attorney, said he was pleased with the sentence his client received.

“Mr. Amuegbunam has grown tremendously as a person and as a man throughout the process of this criminal case,” Tyson said. “He is absolutely one of the most intelligent and creative individuals I have ever represented.”

Tyson said his client will be deported back to Nigeria after serving his sentence, where he plans to become a farmer and produce organic pesticides.

“I expect once he puts his intelligence, creativity, and drive towards legitimate enterprises, he will have a very positive future,” Tyson said. “Mr. Amuegbunam also plans to do his best to repay the restitution he owes to the victim companies.”

Amuegbunam pleaded guilty in March to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. He has been in custody since his arrest in Baltimore in August 2015.

Sophisticated scam

The FBI issued an alert last year about the scam, saying it is “more sophisticated than any similar scam the FBI has seen before.” As of last year, more than 7,000 U.S. businesses had lost about $740 million from the scheme, the bureau said.

Investigators learned about Amuegbunam’s trickery in 2013 when two North Texas companies fell victim, court documents say.

In the case of Luminant Corp., an electric utility company in Dallas, an employee with the authority to wire money received an email from someone who appeared to be a company executive, a federal complaint said.

But the email domain name had two letters transposed. For example, someone created the email with a domain name of lumniant.com.

The duped employee wired $98,550 to a bank account in London.

The FBI subpoenaed information about the email account and learned it was created by someone named Colvis Amue, the complaint said.

Agents determined that person was Amuegbunam and that he scammed another company out of $146,550, according to the complaint.

“The Dallas FBI quickly learned that this was a widespread scheme,” the complaint said.

“We appreciate the efforts of both the Dallas office of the FBI and the U.S. attorney’s office for identifying this criminal and putting an end to this particular operation,” said Luminant spokeswoman Meranda Cohn.

The FBI identified five other conspirators who live in Nigeria who are subjects of the investigation.

Money mules

In these scams, “money mules” are employed to accept the initial transfers into their personal bank accounts. They then are told to quickly transfer the money elsewhere, usually to a bank account outside the U.S. The money usually ends up in Asian banks, including those in China and Hong Kong, the FBI alert said.

The criminals have become experts at imitating invoices and accounts, agents say. The fraudulent emails are typically well-worded and specific to the type of business being targeted, the FBI says. The phrases, “code to admin expenses” and “urgent wire transfer,” are frequently used.

In one recent case provided by the FBI, a company accountant received an email from her chief executive, who was on vacation outside the country. He asked her to transfer money for a “time-sensitive acquisition” before the day’s end, according to the FBI. The executive said a lawyer would contact her with more information.

The accountant said such requests were not unusual.

The lawyer sent her an email with her CEO’s signature on a letter of authorization with the company’s seal that was attached. The email gave her instructions to wire more than $737,000 to a bank in China.

The accountant learned about the scam when the CEO called the next day, saying he knew nothing about the wire transfer request.

The FBI said criminal groups usually target businesses that have foreign suppliers or regularly make wire transfer payments.

“They have excellent tradecraft, and they do their homework,” said Maxwell Marker, an FBI agent who oversees an organized crime section, in the agency bulletin. “The days of these emails having horrible grammar and being easily identified are largely behind us.”

Divorce and Remarriage For Benny Hinn and Suzanne Harthern

Televangelist and ‘Miracle Crusader’ Benny Hinn, called it “…a miracle of God’s grace,” with ‘it’ being his widely attended remarriage to his ex-wife Suzanne in 2013, in a two hour long traditional marriage ceremony.

Benny Hinn married Suzanne Harthern first, in 1979 and have four children; daughters, Jessica, Natasha and Jessica and son, Joshua.

Suzanne filed for divorce in 2010, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’; the couple had been living separately for nearly four years till the filing. Later that same year news reports and an alleged photograph of Benny Hinn and Paula White holding hands, came out. Though, Benny admitted to a friendship between the two, both denied the alleged affair. In 2011, contrary to Benny’s claims of ‘no infidelity’, he was sued by the Christian publishing house Strang Communications that asserted that Benny Hinn and Paula White did have an affair and that he had violated the morality clause in his contract with the company.

Two reasons that Benny Hinn set out for his estrangement and divorce from his wife, Suzanne was that he had become too involved in his ministry work and had not paid enough attention to his wife and family, and the second reason he gave was of Suzanne’s dependency on prescription drugs and anti-depressants for nearly fifteen years and her erratic behavior that ensued, as a result. He blamed himself for not heeding her problems. According to Benny, her filing for divorce was a call for help and it also made him realize the importance of his wife and family.

After the divorce came through, Suzanne checked into the Betty Ford Clinic, in 2010 for chemical dependency problems. She came out free of her dependency issues, after nearly three and a half months of therapy.

In 2012, Benny Hinn announced that the two had started reconciliation process and in 2013, the two got married in the presence of a thousand people including their four children, four grandchildren and many important Christian ministers.

• All I have to say is NASTY! Paula White has been passed around like a joint and still shamelessly calls herself an evangelist. Who is she evangelizing!!!! And Benny Hinn’s old nasty self has probably been lusting after her even before he divorced his wife but blames his wife because of a PRESCRIPTION DRUG “PROBLEM” for his infidelity, how convenient Benny- throw your wife under the bus to justify sleeping with Paula. Is this what “the body of Christ” looks like? I don’t think so!  Christendom today- BABYLON! Anyone who truly loves God should be ashamed to be associated with Hinn OR Paula White UNLESS you are ministering the TRUE GOSPEL to them that will lead to their genuine repentance. – “Church” you have failed terribly!
