Secrets of False Prophets

Satanism and occult’s are gaining ground in the structural church today because most Christians are too afraid to study other texts apart from the English bible, some Christians actually don’t want to know what’s happening around them, so they are content in just quoting bible verses without having any spiritual insight. Serious occult activities are going on Christendom today but most people are unaware, there are numerous false pastors and prophets prophesying and working miracles using occult principles found in occult books such as “THE BOOK OF SOYGA, THE SEAL OF SOLOMON, THE SECRET MAGIC OF ABRAMALIN, THE MYSTERIOUS HOLY BOOK OF ANGEL RAZIEL, just to name a few. These books contain orders of operation, or methods by which one can invoke spirits (falling angels and evil spirits) and make them appear physically, and how to command them to accomplish a spiritual mission, such as foretelling futures, knowing the secrets of any person, fake healing and working what appears to be other notable miracles. For instance, those who operate deeply in the principle of Abramalin can cause a spirit to appear in their private prayer arena, and take any form, such as of a man, woman, animal, bird, serpent, etc.
These magical books are so vast that ANYONE who strictly practices and keeps the rules can perform notable miracles and give accurate predictions, so don’t be amazed when you see someone predicting an outcome of an event, such as football games, wars, someone’s death, election outcomes, plane crashes, etc. Anyone with a strong mind, without the fear of God can conjure a spirit following the method described in the sacred magic of Abramalin, and the invoked spirit will give the person any information requested. There are numeral fallen angelic beings that can assist people in knowing things pertaining to the past and future (to predict the outcome of an event, or revealing past life events, etc) and to work miracles. Those are the entities that the spiritualists invoke/ conjure and use them to work wonders. Here are some of the names of the spiritual entities that some of the false prophets conjure and use to work wonders to deceive the simple minded, I am only mentioning their names just in case you come across some of these false prophets/teachers conjuring these spiritual beings and you think that they are speaking in tongues!

To make any spirit appear physically and take any form they will invoke, R a m i e, E m i n a n u (some can call this name Emanuel just to deceive), N a t a i v e l, E r m o g a s a, I o r a n t g a, U r i e l and so many others…….
To keep the Familiar Spirits bond or free form, they will conjure Amaymon, Paimon, C e p h i r, O i k e t i s, P a r a s, P e r a c h I, etc…..
For fake healing, they’ll conjure an angel known as Z e o f r a s e, A m i g d e lo, L e i h c e z e and so many others. Miracle seekers beware! Simply because some false prophets can keep familiar spirits under control does not mean that the person is operating with the right Spirit of God. Many people attend these kind of Churches without knowing that they are already in Satan’s camp…..Beware! –

• Interesting, my question is, “Why isn’t this being taught in “the church”? Could it be that these self-acclaimed “men of God” don’t know it? Why would God call them to be shepherds without equipping them properly to direct the sheep? OR Is it possible that they do know it, and are using these tactics [while keeping them secret] to control their church members? Church, you have failed again! 

Why would anyone worship African gods?

The traditional West Africa Yoruba tribe’s tradition proclaims and believes that Ile-Ife in the State of Osun, Nigeria is where Olodumare (a demon who is addressed as god almighty but also means the God of Abraham to those who are followers of Christ) started the creation of the world. The participants of this  Santaria religion say “we believe in only one god” – but they are NOT referring to the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Jesus! It is important to understand that Not all Yoruba’s believe in and/or practice this evil belief, there are MANY who have denounced it, and even more have never had any involvement in it. There are countless numbers of African Americans, Caucasian Americans, Hispanics, Jamaicans, etc. who have been brainwashed into believing in and dedicating themselves to the deity’s (elegba, oshun, ogun, oshosi, obatala, yemaya, shango, oya, orunmila) and practices of this evil, Antichrist belief all in the name of “connecting to their African roots.” ANYONE who dedicates themselves to this evil practice has knowingly or unknowingly given themselves to Satan himself with a false belief that they will be protected, and all of their needs will be supplied by the evil deities of this religion by offering sacrifices to them. This practice is full of divination and sacrifices, sometimes the “orisha’s” (demons) require a blood sacrifice, in which the practitioners will openly admit that they offer animal sacrifices such as dogs, chicken’s, goat, pigeon and the blood of these animals (the specific animal is determined by the demon) but what they WONT openly admit is that there are times when a human sacrifice is required!   The Yoruba orisha worship, upon which Santeria is based, practiced human sacrifice until the 1860’s when it was judicially prohibited by the British Colonial Administration.  Some human sacrifices were conducted after that date, although their number radically decreased after the prohibition, as now those who participated in these sacrifices could be put to death for murder. There are still rather strict rules concerning human sacrifice. The former is taught occasionally to those who study the worship of orisha (demons). The rules for human sacrifice are quite like those taught to initiates of Kali worship in India, where human sacrifice was also abolished by the British Colonial Authority in the 1860’s. In Yorubaland, human sacrifice was a regular part of orisha (demon) worship. The orishas gladly took the blood of human sacrificial victims, usually these victims were from opposing tribes (most likely Igbo’s) that were captured in battle and even members of the same tribe itself were offered to the orisha in times of drought, disease and disaster. The orishas (demons) do indeed take human blood as part of the sacrificial offering, with the practice dating back to early Yoruba civilization until the early 1900’s and in some parts, is still practiced secretly today! HUMAN SACRIFICE is a practice of the orisha worshipers and many dont want to admit it because it is barbaric, and shameful and they don’t want to be stigmatized but it doesn’t change the fact that it is indeed part of the Yoruba religious culture and it does indeed continues to happen today. Anyone who wants to debate this simply must look at the religious history of the Yoruba and the answers are there, spend some significant time is Osun state and you’ll see for yourself, people are caught and arrested often with human sacrifices ranging from children to adults and if there are any Yoruba reading this, you know that I’m writing the truth. Within Santeria blood sacrifice is a required part of any initiation (Elekes, Warriors, Orisha Addimú, Kariocha) and without blood sacrifice you do not have the presence of the demons (aka orishas) in that ritual, and you do not have a legitimate consecration. This is an ancient and traditional practice upheld by the culture bearers of  orisha worship religion and is not something that can be excluded in said rituals. The Church in United States has ignorantly embraced these demons by not boycotting or otherwise refuting the manufacturing and sales of a Barbie doll (by Mattel) in a glamorized version of the likeness of osun the river goddess (a marine demon/spirit)! After researching all of the Barbie dolls made by Mattel,I discovered an alarming number of dolls on the market made in the likeness of idols, especially a sun goddess. Your children are probably being secretly indoctrinated by these demons by playing with certain toys, and watching certain programs where this demon has been glamorized and secretly introduced into households worldwide. Because this country expresses “freedom of religion” this demonic sect has crept in all to the detriment of our young women and children (oftentimes the demon asks for virgins and children). Each year, adherents and non-adherents of osun, travel from all over the world to attend the annual Osun-Osogbo festival in August. Visitors include nationals of Brazil, Cuba, Trinidad, Grenada, and other nations in the Americas with a significant Yoruba cultural heritage. Annual traditional festivities and invocations of the Osun goddess are held along the banks of the river bearing her name into which – according to Yoruba oratory traditions – “she transformed”. The origin of the Osun festival started over 700 years ago when a group of settlers led by one great hunter Olutimehin, settled at the bank of the river to escape the famine in their former dwelling place. Osun, the water goddess was said to have appeared to Olutimehin and requested him and his group to move up some bit to higher ground – the present Osogbo town.

Osun revealed herself to be the “goddess of the grove and of the river” and pledged to protect the group and make their women fruitful if only they would offer an annual sacrifice to her in return. The group agreed and vowed to sacrifice annually to the goddess (marine spirit) if she would honor her vows. This evil which started as an annual sacrifice to a river goddess, has been glamorized and later became a universal celebration of a river goddess!  Americans have made this ugly powerless demon out to be a giver of beauty, and elegance and that was NEVER the agreement then or now between this demon and the particular Yoruba sect that embraced her. This ugly, filthy demon made it’s vow to a particular sect of YORUBA PEOPLE, not Americans- although nothing is stopping anyone from worshiping her and killing animals to appease her. There is a woman remembered by the Yoruba named Susanne Wenger who was an Austrian who since the early 1950s wasted her entire life until her death dedicated to the river goddess osun and other deities.  She renovated shrines that were abandoned and remodeled 75 Yoruba cultural gods in sculptures. If this demon is a demon of beauty, Susanne Wenger certainly wasnt a good example of it! In fact, there are plenty of ugly women who worship this blood thirsty deity.

Look people, DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE! I’ve seen many women on YouTube glamorizing this worship of demons and they don’t even know what they think they know because the secrets of this practice are held tightly among the Yoruba’s and they will never share those secrets with a foreigner- EVER! You can wear Nigerian attire and learn to speak Yoruba, even visit the country and change your name, but you are and will always be A FOREIGNER and as long as you dont appose, your money and attention towards these orishas (demons) will be welcomed.  I have read were some real dumb Americans FLEW ALL THE WAY TO NIGERIA to PAY MONEY to be initiated into this worship of demons, well- the truth is, genuine initiation into this shameful practice doesn’t cost ONE CENT, and you DON’T have to travel to Nigeria to do it so when they see the American mu-mu’s interested in becoming a demon worshiper they will GLADLY take your money, trick you into going to Nigeria while calling you mu-mu all the way to the market. These misled women then return to the United States calling themselves “priestess” when the truth of the matter is A REAL OSUN PRIESTESS LIVES IN OSOGBO and dedicates her life to the deity daily- I’ve seen one bi-sexual, a homosexual and a lesbian all claiming to be “priestesses” and devotees to these deities– their ignorance is almost laughable.  No form of homosexuality is accepted or embraced in Nigeria, if you go there claiming to be a homosexual you’ll most likely be sacrificed to one of those deity’s they worship!  I also read an inquiry from a CHRISTIAN asking how she could submit herself to the demon osun so that she could become pregnant!!!!  LET ME TELL YOU THE PRICE THAT YOU WILL PAY FOR WORSHIPING THESE DEMONS… 

1.You will never receive anything from a demon for free, it will ALWAYS cost you something 

2.The more you ask for, the more you must give

3. When you begin to ask for GRANDIOSE THINGS like an excessive amount of money, fame, etc  the demon will then ask you to sacrifice blood…. Human blood!

4. The human sacrifices ALWAYS start with family members and those who have “eaten” of your wealth

5. Once you’ve sacrificed human blood it will be very difficult if not impossible to stop appeasing the demons, if you try to leave them, they will kill you by spiritual means

6. The demons ALWAYS take back what they’ve given you

7. You wont live a long life

Santaria religion is evil and leads to more evil and there is no escaping it. Don’t expect them to tell you EVERYTHING because it’s not going to happen! Do you really think that they will openly admit to murdering people? If you doubt me GO THERE, spend a considerable amount of time in Osun State where there are many occasions of “head hunters” being caught and paraded with there victims that were to be used to sacrifice to ogun and the other mean blood thirsty demons. While we’re alive, we don’t own ANYTHING because when we die we wont take anything with us, but when you make a CONSCIOUS DECISION to submit to a demon to obtain stuff, you will indeed pay for it with your soul. Don’t play around with these demons, no one in their right mind would EVER want to be possessed by a mami wata demon (which is what osun and the other deity’s associated with her are), A mami wata demon is one of the most difficult demons to leave a person if you ever open yourself up to be overtaken by one. My husband and I took in a little boy that is possessed with a mami wata spirit when I lived in Nigeria, we taught him “Jesus songs” taught him how to pray- even took him to church all to no avail. The little boy admitted that he didn’t want to be possessed by the demon but he was initiated against his will by his mother when she took him and his brothers to a stream to dedicate them all to the deity. It’s common for children with a mami wata spirit to kill other people by spiritual means.  Don’t let anyone lie to you and tell you that orisha worship is the religion of our African ancestors. There are MANY Africans who have never heard of orisha worship and there are many who do know about it but want absolutely nothing to do with it because they know the implications of submitting to this darkness.  I know what I know because of my ties to Nigeria, my husband is a Nigerian and some of his family members initiated into the highest level of orisha worship and now their children (who are now adults) are living unproductive, unsuccessful lives because of the sins of their fathers and their refusal to submit to the same demons. My husband and I have MANY friends who are the products of their father’s bad decisions to worship demons and NONE OF THEM are living fruitful lives. I lived briefly in Nigeria and learned a lot during my stay there and my husband is the best teacher one could ask for. I am by nature very inquisitive and I asked a lot of questions.  Before you consider joining Satan, consider that all God requires from us is holiness THAT’S ALL!  You don’t have to kill animals or people for God, if you live for Him and submit to Him and let go of worldly stuff, you can and will live in peace and live life everlasting with Him. Just let go of all the cares of this temporary world and live to please Him, after all we were created by Him for Him.  Submitting to God has nothing to do with joining a church or choosing a religion, those are man-made things, and God has NOTHING to do with ANY religion!  I’ve heard a lot of people say that they began orisha worship because the church disappointed them, people will ALWAYS disappoint you but God won’t, and ANY real spiritual person will know and tell you that God (Elohim, Elshadi, Adoni) is the most High God and there is NONE greater than Him. ALL PRINCIPALITIES must bow before Him.  I pray that this writing is an eye opener to anyone considering partaking in this madness. Please, don’t do it– Blessings.

• I have posted photos of what these idols look like- these are the oracles that the people in Yurobaland go to worship (those who engage in Santaria demon worship), all of the beautiful pictures of bare-breasted mermaids that are floating all over the internet are LIES! Absolute fabrications. You should ask yourself this question (especially the idiots that went there to be initiated), if these gods are so wonderful, why are so many Nigerians living in extreme poverty, especially the ones who only sacrifice a chicken here and a goat there.
• Wow! no wonder so many children and young women come up missing in this country, could they be a part of ritual sacrifices? Well, I have a few questions, #1. Since there is a significant number of Santaria worshipers here in the United States, WHY COULDN’T YOUR gods STOP THESE HURRICANES? (or perhaps they are the cause of them)  #2 Church,How could you allow this filthy worship of demons to come in and desecrate the United States, a country that claims to worship God? I’ve never seen or heard of ONE demonstration by the “church” the “body of christ” to keep this and all other anti-God religions out of this country but when there is racial tension the “church” is the first on the scene with elaborate speeches and demonstrations!  Now “freedom of religion” is putting innocent children and women on the slabs of oracles to be used as sacrifices! Church, you have failed again! 

More Women’s Colleges Now Accepting Men Who Identify as Women

Nine women’s colleges now accept men who identify as women. Spelman College, a historically black university for women in Atlanta, became the latest, announcing Tuesday it would no longer consider gender during the application and admissions process.

Transgender advocates hailed the change as indicative of broader support for those with gender dysphoria. But economic and demographic changes also play a role.

Fewer students are graduating from high school and preparing to pursue higher education, and all small private colleges, including single-gender institutions, are feeling the pinch as they compete with larger state schools to fill seats.

At Mills College, a women’s school in Oakland, Calif., 8 percent of its 700 students identify as transgender women. Other schools say they don’t track gender identity and don’t know how many of their students are men presenting themselves as women.

While schools like Mills, the first to accept transgender women, proudly advertise their new policies, others have expanded admissions quietly, afraid the change will anger alumni who see it as an abandonment of the mission of women’s colleges. Some schools insist they will maintain their gender distinction, considering applications from transgender students only if they’ve completed a physical transition from male to female.

Jeff Hodges, a spokesman for Hollins University in Virginia, said that policy “supports how the university defines its mission as an undergraduate institution of higher learning for women.” Story by Leigh Jones/World News Service

‘Satanic’ fake rosaries are bringing evil spirits into Catholic homes, says exorcist

An exorcist in the Philippines has warned against the circulation of fake ‘Satanic’ rosaries and crucifixes he said were designed to ‘deceive Catholics…so that evil spirits will haunt them’.

Speaking on the Diocese of Novaliches’ Radio Veritas programme ‘Hello Father 911’, Fr Ambrosio Nonato Legaspi, chief exorcist of the diocese’s ‘Libera Nox’ department, warned listeners to ‘be careful as the rosaries you might be using could actually be infested or cursed’.

According to the Philippines Catholic website CBCP News, Legaspi said the rosaries has been ‘prayed over’ by a group called the Illuminati and consecrated to evil, so anyone who uses them will be followed by evil spirits.

Another Libera Nox priest, Philippe de Guzman, said during the radio show that Satanic rosaries have emblems on them such as a snake wrapped around the cross, a pentagram or a sun with rays, an occult symbol.

Legaspi urged priests to bless religious items according to Catholic rituals. especially if its owners have experienced paranormal occurrences.

‘Not just a blessing, these items should be exorcised. Not just an ordinary blessing where water is just sprinkled – as most priests commonly do – but to use the Catholic ritual…that would frighten the demon away,’ he said.

He also warned about Masonic medals that are also in circulation, made to look like that of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, also known as the Medal of the Immaculate Conception. Satan Temple’s goat-headed statue unveiled July 24, 2015 in Detroit

DETROIT — A controversial monument to be unveiled Saturday downtown is an event that Michigan Christians have tried to shut down, according to a news release.

The Satanic Temple will reveal the 1-ton, bronze, goat-headed idol called Baphomet after 9 p.m. ET to those who have bought $25 to $75 tickets. The location of the unveiling is secret — the original venue canceled the booking — and will be sent to ticket-holders via email Saturday, officials said in the release.

The fête, which the group calls the largest Satanic ceremony in history, will kick off its legal efforts to secure placement of the monument next to a Ten Commandments monument on public grounds in Arkansas or Oklahoma.

The statue is backed by an inverted pentagram and flanked by statues of two young children gazing up at the creature, which has horns, hooves, wings and a beard. It cost more than $100,000 and had been planned for a spot at the state Capitol in Oklahoma City until Oklahoma’s Supreme Court banned religious displays, including a monument of the Ten Commandments, on Capitol grounds.

“It was always our intention to take this wherever it was relevant, wherever it was necessary, and wherever that dialogue needed to take place,” said Lucien Greaves, a spokesman for the group, which is less about Satan worship and more about highlighting what it perceives to be improper religious influence on governments.

The statue was to be unveiled at Bert’s Marketplace in Detroit’s Eastern Market district, but Bert Dearing said he returned a $3,000 rental fee when he learned about the group that booked the place.

“It would be great if we had a large turnout” for the 10 a.m. Saturday Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church in response to the statue, the Detroit Mass Mob posted on its Facebook page Friday. Other churches in the Mother of Divine Mercy parish, three historic churches near downtown, also plan Masses specifically because of the unveiling.

Baphomet, subject of the statue that the temple plans to unveil, was the idol that the Knights Templar were accused of secretly worshiping in chapter houses across Europe and the Holy Land before the order was disbanded in 1312. Back in the Templars’ day, Baphomet was said to be a disembodied head but has been represented as a goat-headed figure since the 1800s.

The Satanic Temple, different from the Church of Satan founded in the 1960s, views Satan not as an evil figure, but one who dared question authority. The temple also advocates for the separation of church and state.

Baphomet is meant to symbolize plurality and religious liberty, Greaves has said.

Jex Blackmore, Satanic Temple Detroit chapter founder, has said the group doesn’t worship Satan but does promote individuality, compassion and views that differ from Christian and conservative beliefs. Its chapter has more than 200 registered members.

Dueling Satanic groups feud over Tea Party politics

New York City-based sculptor Mark Porter, who worked on the statue for five months in a Florida near Daytona Beach, Fla., said he initially found the task creepy.

“I started thinking about it: Why don’t I like it?” Porter said. “And then after looking at that every day for a year, it’s just whatever. It could be Mickey Mouse.”

The unveiling will be a musical celebration that includes Detroit’s Wolf Eyes band and Boston-based punk act Sadist. The ticket website promises “a night of chaos, noise and debauchery at the unveiling, a hedonistic celebration introducing the controversial Baphomet monument accompanied by provocative performances and installations.”

• My question is, when there was racial turbulence in Virginia a few weeks ago, various church figures voiced their opinions publicly a stated that there would be no tolerance for hatred in their prospective cities. Their speeches can be found of Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and newspapers nationwide. WHERE WERE THE CHURCHES when this statue was erected? Why wasn’t a nationwide church effort made to stand against this kingdom of darkness? Where were the demonstrations and speeches from the affluent Christian “big wigs” in this country? Where is the power and boldness in the so-called body of Christ? Church, you have failed again!

Muslim Extremists Hack Christians to Death With Machetes After They Refuse to Say ‘There is No God But Allah’

Muslim extremists in Kenya brutally murdered four Christians – one of them mentally challenged – after they refused to recite the Islamic prayer of faith.

Persecution watchdog International Christian Concern reported that on August 18, soldiers with the Islamic extremist group Al-Shabaab dragged Changawa Muthemba out of his home in Kasala Kairu, Lamu County and took him to the nearby home of his brother-in-law, Joseph Kasena, 42, where a 17-year-old neighbor, Kadenge Katana, also happened to be at the time.

The three men were held at machete point and ordered to recite the Shahada – “there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”

When none of them did, the attackers tied them up and hacked them to death. The Muslim extremists then went to the home of Joseph’s older brother, Charo, who was mentally challenged, burning his body.

Joseph’s wife, Caroline, reportedly watched everything happen and is “severely traumatized”, according to a local source.

“Joseph was an elder at a local church. He did communal farming, worked as a cook in a local hotel and also served as a night guard at the home of an expatriate family, who had to leave the area due to the deteriorating security situation. His wife runs a small kiosk,” said the source.

The source said the family of the 17-year-old boy, who was part of a local Catholic church, are “devastated” at his murder.

Kenya is ranked #18 on Open Door USA’s World Watch List of 50 countries where it is most difficult to be a Christian. The outlet notes that Al-Shabaab, an affiliate of Al-Qaeda, has targeted Kenyan Christians for years, attacking churches, public places and buses.

Last month, the terrorist group beheaded nine Kenyans-some of whom belonged to a local church-in the Pandaguo area of Lamu West in an attack that targeted non-Muslim men only. Two days earlier, attackers killed four people (including police), also in the Pandaguo area, and in June beheaded nine in the coastal district of Lamu.

Last year,  al-Shabab gunmen attacked a bus full of teachers in the same region, pulling 28 non-Muslim passengers from the vehicle and shooting them point blank, according to the Guardian.

The following month, the BBC reported, the militant group did the same to non-Muslim workers at a quarry near the Somali border and violently killed both Muslims and non-Muslims during deadly attacks in Kenya.

Last April, the terrorist group stormed Garissa University College, gunning down two security guards before singling out Christian students and killing 148 of them.

Children as Young as 11 Could Start Irreversible Hormone Treatment to Change Gender After Court Ruling

Children as young as 11 could be permitted to start irreversible hormone treatment to change their biological sex without the permission of a court under an upcoming landmark family court case in Sydney.

The Daily Mail reports that five Family Court judges will sit on the case to be heard by the Full Court later this year – the first time they have done so in 12 years.

The case was brought by the father of a 16-year-old who was born female but identified as male from nine-years-old, according to the Daily Telegraph. The child, “Kelvin”, reportedly changed schools to start as a male, used a chest binder and attended the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Intersex and Questioning “campout” on the Central Coast in 2014.

The court has already decided that Kelvin is “competent” and fully understands what is ­involved in starting hormone treatment; however, his father has launched the appeal to ask the court to step out of the process all together. Should the judges rule in favor of the family, children wishing to undergo hormone therapy will only need the permission of a parent and a medical professional.

Currently, for access stage one treatment known as puberty blockers, children are no longer required to go to court, as the process was recently deemed fully reversible. The second stage of treatment – irreversible gender-affirming hormones, is what will be contested.

A June report from the Daily Telegraph said that an analysis of Family Court judgments from the start of this year show 10 children have been granted legal approval to start “stage two” treatment to allow for physical changes.

Recently, the court ruled in favor of 17-year-old “Ashton” to undergo treatment to fulfill his wishes of becoming a boy after the family spoke of “Ashton’s” distress at having female attributes.

Data released earlier this year by the Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) shows 1,986 children under the age of 18 have been accepted for specialist treatment in the past year. That’s up from just 94 in 2009-10, with 37 young children under the age of five referred since then.

Western Sydney University professor John Whitehall, who has more than 50 years’ experience treating children, called the rise in transitioning “an infectious trend” and called for an age limit of at least 18 before children who claim they have gender dysphoria are permitted to undergo treatment.

Professor Whitehall said it was “unreasonable” to expect children to understand the gravity of the decisions they were making at such a young age.

“It is unreasonable to expect juveniles to have a complete picture of where they want to be in later life, especially kids that haven’t even yet reached puberty. This is an infectious trend, a dangerous fad and I think it’s nonsense. The courts should stop messing with our kids until they are at least 18 because once you change, that’s it.”

He urged a “watchful waiting” approac­h instead, arguing that a vast majority of children who question their gender will revert to their biological sex by puberty.

“I think it’s a dangerous fad; a dangerous behavioral fashion trend fuelled by the ideologues and fuelled by the media,” he said, adding he was concerned that programs such as Safe Schools, which promotes “gender fluidity”, were causing extra pressure.

“Even making that so-called social transition has consequences,” he said. “It nails the child to the cross. It’s very difficult to come back from that.

Christian Politician Larry Bates Gets 21 Years in Prison for Multimillion-Dollar End Times Coin Scheme

A former Tennessee lawmaker has been sentenced in Memphis to 21 years in prison for running a multimillion-dollar Ponzi coin scheme related to end-of-the-world predictions.

Bates encouraged listeners on his Christian broadcast programs to buy gold and silver coins, which supposedly would give them financial protection against a religious and economic collapse termed “Mystery Babylon,” The Associated Press reported.

Prosecutors said that Bates, a Democrat who served in the Tennessee House from 1971 to 1976, defrauded more than 400 people from 2002 through 2013.

U.S. District Judge Sheryl Lipman has ordered the 73-year-old ex-lawmaker to repay more than $21 million to victims.

Bates’ two sons and daughter-in-law were also convicted back in May at Memphis federal court of wire and mail fraud, and they currently await sentencing.

As The Christian Post reported back in 2015, the FBI and the DOJ accused Bates and his sons of using their broadcast company, Information Radio Network, “as a means of advertising, promoting, and soliciting the sale or purchase of gold and silver to and from individuals nationwide.”

Bates would tell listeners about an upcoming biblical “mystery Babylon” period that would bring economic, political and religious upheaval, convincing them to buy the coins.

The “mystery Babylon” phrase is found in Revelation 17:5, which reads: “And on her forehead was written a name of mystery: ‘Babylon the great, mother of prostitutes and of earth’s abominations.'”

“While there are numerous theories as to the identity of mystery Babylon — whether the Bible text is describing a person, place or system, for example — Larry Bates taught his viewers, listeners and readers that it was a ‘demonic blend of the world system of economics, politics and religion,'” CP noted at the time.

Bates apparently convinced victims that gold and silver can offer protection from volatile money markets, because they always will be exchangeable, even in “end times,” he said.

AP reported that a number of the victims were elderly Americans who lost their life savings and the ability to pay for health care.

One of the victims, Judith Ponder, from Kerrville, Texas, said at the trial that she and her mother gave Bates more than $1.8 million dollars.

Christian pastor Charles Grimsley from Mesa, Colorado, said that he and his wife sent Bates more than $200,000 of their retirement money, but got little in return.

Lipman explained that there were customers who received the coins for which they paid for, but positioned that “that is how Ponzi schemes work.”

Bates said in his defense that business competitors and private and government lawyers had conspired against him, claiming that he is “very sad for these clients of ours.”

“God is my defender,” he insisted. “He knows the truth. He will expose the lies.”

Lipman slammed Bates for the way he used his views, stating: “Your use of religion to gain trust is appalling.”

Pastors Arrested in Sudan as Government Moves to Take Over Church

According to Morning Star News Sudan Correspondent, 

Police in Sudan arrested and interrogated seven church leaders last week in Omdurman, Sudan before releasing them on bail, sources said.

The Christian leaders were jailed for six hours on Wednesday (Aug. 23) and charged with refusing to comply with an order to turn over leadership of their congregation to a government appointed-committee. Omdurman lies across the Nile River from Khartoum, the capital.

The Rev. Ayoub Mattan, Sudanese Church of Christ (SCOC) moderator, and Kwa Shamaal (also transliterated Kuwa Shamaal), head of missions at the SCOC, were among the church leaders arrested. Pastor Shamaal was previously arrested on Dec. 18, 2015 and acquitted on Jan. 2 this year of charges ranging from spying to inciting hatred against the government.

Sudan’s Ministry of Guidance and Religious Endowments had written a letter dated Aug. 14 ordering them to hand over church leadership to the committee appointed by the government ministry, sources said. When they refused, police opened a case against them, though it was unclear under what law.

“Police asked if we still maintain our stance on our refusal to acknowledge the committee appointed by the Ministry of Guidance and Religious Endowments, and we said yes, because it is not the work of the [government] ministry to appoint committees for the church,” Pastor Shamaal told Morning Star News.

Police said that in arresting them they were implementing orders from the Ministry of Guidance and Religious Endowments to impose its committee as new SCOC leadership, presumably to sell off the church property in Sudan’s bid to rid the country of Christianity. The pastors said the committee was contrary to SCOC’s constitution, which calls for general elections every three years to appoint new leadership.

Pastors Mattan, Shamaal and the others are still members of the legitimate executive committee of the SCOC, sources said. The current leadership term expires in March 2018.

Police also arrested the Rev. Yagoub Naway and pastor Musa Kodi, both from the SCOC. The four Christians were interrogated along with the three other church leaders, including SCOC Finance Secretary Abdulbagi Ali Abdulrahaman and SCOC Deputy Finance Secretary El-Amin Hassam Abdulrasool, before they were all released on bail.

Six other SCOC members are in hiding after learning police were searching for them to arrest and interrogate them, sources said.  Pastors Mattan, Shamaal and the others are still members of the legitimate executive committee of the SCOC, sources said. The current leadership term expires in March 2018.

Another SCOC pastor, the Rev. Hassan Abdelrahim Tawor, had received a 12-year sentence earlier this year after being charged with spying and trying to tarnish Sudan’s image, but he was freed along with Abdulmonem Abdumawla of Darfur on May 11 after receiving a presidential pardon.

He had been arrested along with Pastor Shamaal in December 2015. They were convicted on baseless charges of assisting Czech aid worker Petr Jasek – pardoned and released on Feb. 25– in alleged espionage, causing hatred among communities and spreading false information, according to their attorney.

Foreign diplomats and international rights activists took notice of the case after Morning Star News broke the story of the arrest of pastors Abdelrahim Tawor and Shamaal. Their arrests were seen as part of a recent upsurge in harassment of Christians.

Most SCOC members have roots among the ethnic Nuba in the Nuba Mountains of Sudan’s South Kordofan state, where the government is fighting an insurgency. The Nuba along with other Christians in Sudan face discrimination and harassment, as Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir has vowed to introduce a stricter version of sharia (Islamic law) and recognize only Islamic culture and Arabic language.

In its campaign to rid the country of Christianity, Sudan has designated 25 church buildings for destruction, and on Aug. 2 it demolished a Baptist church in Omdurman. On May 7 Khartoum state authorities in Sudan demolished a church building in the Khartoum suburb of Soba al Aradi, which began as a refugee camp for south Sudanese. A bulldozer sent by Jebel Aulia locality and the Ministry of Planning and Urban Development destroyed the SCOC building.

Authorities had notified church leaders of the impending demolition just a week prior. The government reportedly claimed the churches were built on land zoned for residential or other uses, or were on government land, but church leaders said it is part of wider crack-down on Christianity.

Harassment, arrests and persecution of Christians have intensified since the secession of South Sudan in July 2011. The Sudanese Minister of Guidance and Endowments announced in April 2013 that no new licenses would be granted for building new churches in Sudan, citing a decrease in the South Sudanese population.

Sudan since 2012 has expelled foreign Christians and bulldozed church buildings on the pretext that they belonged to South Sudanese. Besides raiding Christian bookstores and arresting Christians, authorities threatened to kill South Sudanese Christians who do not leave or cooperate with them in their effort to find other Christians.

Sudan fought a civil war with the south Sudanese from 1983 to 2005, and in June 2011, shortly before the secession of South Sudan the following month, the government began fighting a rebel group in the Nuba Mountains that has its roots in South Sudan.

Due to its treatment of Christians and other human rights violations, Sudan has been designated a Country of Particular Concern by the U.S. State Department since 1999, and the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom recommended the country remain on the list in its 2017 report.

Sudan ranked fifth on Christian support organization Open Doors’ 2017 World Watch List of countries where Christians face most persecution.

Aspiring pastor kills wife and blames it on cough syrup

A young aspiring pastor has been charged with murdering his Sunday school teacher wife. 28-year-old Matthew Phelps was arrested after he called 911 early in the morning on September 1.

“I think I killed my.. (redacted). I had a dream [breathing heavily] and then I turned on the lights and she’s dead on the floor,” said Phelps.

“I have blood all over me and there’s a bloody knife on the bed. I think I did it. I can’t believe this.”

Phelps said that he had taken cough medicine before going to bed in order to aid his sleep. When he awoken he then noticed he had killed his wife.

“I took Coricidin cough and cold,” Phelps said.  “I know it can make you feel good. So a lot of times I can’t sleep at night. she’s not moving at all [crying] oh my god. She didn’t deserve this. [sobbing uncontrollably]”

Officers arrived at the home just after 1:15 a.m. and discovered 29-year-old Lauren Phelps with multiple stab wounds.

“He qualifies that yes it does look like I did kill her,” said an officer on the scene. “The knife is here – I have blood all over me. However, this medicine made me do it. That’s not an uncommon way for people in his position to respond”

There’s no proof that the medicine caused him to commit the crime and Matthew Phelps is still being held on murder charges.
